Q: Can I get in early to your villa – before 4pm?
A:  As a rule early access is not possible, however if there is no one in the villa prior to your arrival it may be possible – please contact us to find out.

Q:
How do we get the key?
A:  The key is on the door within a key lock.  Once payment has been received in full we advise you of the lock number to open the lock.

Q:
Do you provide any baby equipment?
A:
We have lots of baby equipment including: – Cot, highchair, strollers (x2), bed guard and Bottle Steamer

Q:
How can we make a payment?
A:
Payment is either by check/cheque or by PayPal (there is a 3.5% additional charge for using this method)

Q.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
A:
  Yes all linen and towels are provided for your convenience

Q:
Will we need pool/spa heating?
A:
  Pool/Spa heating is recommended during the winter months – End Oct to End of April.  We can of course be put on in any month if you want it.  I must stress that if you choose to have pool heating put on when you are there our management company charges a call out of $40, with a $30 per day charge – this has to be paid in cash

Q:
Where are the nearest supermarkets/shops?
A:
  We have excellent grocery stores nearby with a Publix 2 miles away and a Wal-Mart 5 miles away.

Q:
  Can I leave later than 10:00am?
A:
  If we have another guest going in straight after your stay we will not be able to give you a late check out time – this is due to the cleaners needing to clean the villa prior to the next guests arrival.  Please check with us to see if there is anything we can do.
